Saitwade waterfall
It is not
among the most well-known waterfalls in the state of Maharashtra. But you can
take nothing away from this, when it comes to beauty. It can be a wonderful weekend trip for you
and your friends or family. You are sure to go back completely refreshed and
full of memories of a wonderful trip.
Tambaldeg beach

Tambaldeg Sangam point is a beautiful place to relax. It has a clean beach,
serene atmosphere. A visit must for every beach lover. There is Gajba Devi
temple at the seashore. Don’t miss the
lovely view of the sunset from this temple. The extended landscape of the
skyline and the sea meeting at a distance which is one of the most attractive
sights.
The Devgad Beach
The Devgad Beach is a popular picnic spot 34 km away from our
farm. It is located between the two small hills and there are some windmills
located on a cliff on one end. The greenery on the beach side is marvelous. Activities like swimming
and sunbathing can be enjoyed here. It has a very clean, nice and relaxing
environment.
Kunkeshwar Temple
An ancient
Shiva Temple also known as Konkan Kashi is situated on the bank of Arabian Sea, 38
Kms from our farm. A pristine beach with a very long stretch of seashore and
white sand adds to the beauty of temple surrounding. Every year a huge celebration takes place on
the occasion of Mahashivratri. During the festival a large number of devotees
throng this place with their families and friends.
Vijaydurg Fort
Vijaydurg,
located 50 km from the farm is easily accessible. Vijaydurg, the oldest fort restructured in the 17th
century by Shivaji Maharaj. It is surrounded by water on all the four side but
connected to land through a narrow road. The port adjacent to the fort is a
natural port and is still used by local fishermen. The fort also has a 200 m long tunnel for emergency
evacuation. The fort was also known as the ‘Eastern Gibraltar’ because of its
imposing presence.
